After checkout, we follow these four steps to complete your website.

Design Brief

Shortly after checkout, you will receive an email from us with a simple form to fill in. This will give us the chance to get to know your business and website requirements

Initial Build

Once we have all the content that you are providing along with any other design details you want, we will build your site out. We also insert the images and text you have provided.

Tweaks

We now present you the Initial build for you to see. You now get the opportunity to provide any tweaks and revisions you may have. We then make these amendments.

Launch

Thats it! Your site is now ready to go. We will do all the necessary procedures to ensure google and other popular search engines know about the launch of your site aswell.

How long will it take for my website to be built?

Unlike other web design companies who can take weeks to finish your website design, we aim to have your website done and dusted within 5 working days of receiving your content. If we are providing the content for you, your website will be finished 5 working days after payment for your content has been received.

Can I connect to social media through my website?

Social Media can be critical for a business so we understand just how important it is. We ensure that all your social media links are displayed prominently on your website.

What involvement will I have with the building of my website?

We like to get out customers involved with their website build as we feel that no one knows their business better than them. We allow our customers to provide any images, written content or other design features they would like included in their website. There will also be a revision stage of the website build where the customer can say what they do and don’t like.

Can I cancel my website at anytime?

We don’t tie our customers into any hidden contracts so you can cancel at anytime with no need for extra payments or any further penalties.

What happens if I have an issue with my website?

With all our website packages when you get any questions or problems occur you can email us via the ticket system in your admin panel. We will require your permission to login to your website if you would like us to carry out any remedial work on your behalf.

Can customers contact me through my website?

All our website are designed so that there will be at least one point where your customers can contact you. This is usually done via a contact form placed on either a contact page or another page of your choice. We can also add telephone numbers, email addresses and a postal address if required.

Are there any hidden costs?

Absolutely not! The only cost involved upfront is the small charge we make for the website build and design and then a monthly hosting fee is required. We also guarantee that once you have signed-up your monthly hosting fee will never be increased.

Can I use my own material (Images/Videos/Info)?

Of course! We prefer you to provide your own content. You will be the expert on your business so you’ll know everything there is to say about it as well. When you provide your own images, we can get an idea of the style you are wanting for your site as well!

Alternatively if you don’t have any type of content to go on your website, we can provide that too. Feel free to contact us about our content writing services here.

Can I add more pages to my website?

The simple answer is yes. You can do this in one of two ways. Design it yourself for free using our super easy to use drag and drop page editor or we can design it for you for a small charge.

Can I sell items on my website?

We currently do not offer Ecommerce Websites. This is something we are looking to do in the future so please contact us if you would like the latest news on this service.

I don't know what to write on my website. Can you help?

Certainly! We offer a professional, affordable copywriting service so our customers are not left without any content on their site. The content we provide will also be pleasing to the way search engines rank websites.

I have no logo. What do I do?

Contact us! We would be happy to discuss with you our logo design services or alternatively you can use one of your FREE stock images for the logo design.

I don't have any nice images to use. Can you help?

All our banana sites customers receive a level of stock photos within their package. Additional photos can all be purchased on our members store.

Will my website work on mobile devices?

All our websites are designed so that they are compatible on all devices no matter the screen size.

Do I have access to the admin area of the website?

You certainly do! You will have you own customised admin section where you can access all your web pages and all you’d ever need to manage your own website.

Will I be able to update my website?

Everything on your website will be editable. You will be able to use our powerful page designer to amend layouts, change images, adjust text and add new sections to your pages. You will also be able to add new pages to your website as and when required.

I already have a website. Can I change my existing one to you?

Yes you can. We will design your site to be as close to your current site as possible or, if you prefer, we can design you a brand new site, the decision is yours.

Can I have more than one website?

You can have as many websites as you like. You can also decide whether you would like them all under the same admin login or a seperate account for each website. If you aren’t sure how to do this, get in touch so we can help!

What hours are you open?

Our office hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Our support hours are extended beyond these times but vary from day to day.
